General CommentsOutdoor smoker is in back alley way. Mark Oliver has already done a visit and given the requirements to the establishment to get approval for outdoor grilling. Establishment needs to remove the outdoor grill or complete the process for obtaining approval for outdoor grilling. PIC states that jerk chicken is not being cooked in outdoor smoker. It is cooked in oven and charring on the jerk chicken is achieved by using liquid smoke. If establishment is observed using outdoor grill before approval has been granted permit action will be enforced.
