All food shall be protected from contamination during storage. Observed cabbage being stored on the shelf of the reach in cooler. CDI- cabbage was washed and wrapped in saran wrap.All food shall be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Observed soy sauce being stored on the floor in the dry storage area. CDI by instruction. |
