5-502.11 Waste receptacles shall be emptied at a frequency to preclude strong odors or pest harborage. Observed outside dumpsters full of refuse. Additional bags of trash and broken down boxes were piled on the back side of the dumpster. Per PIC, facility switched to a new service provider approximately 8 months ago. Provider has missed two garbage pick-up days. PIC will work with corporate to address garbage pickup frequency. |
