4-302.14 Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices- PIC must ensure that test strips are being used at 3 compartment sink. Sanitizer dispensing mechanism was observed coming out at >400ppm QA. Water must be mixed with sanitizer to ensure proper strength is being used. Read manufactuers product label for recommended strength. Utensils were not actively being sanitized, but PIC stated that solution is used as is from dispener. |
