Cream cheese, chicken soup not dated, soup discarded. Egg rolls that had been in freezer had date frozen on label but not date removed from freezer. Vegetable rolls not dated with date cabbage ingredient was processed. Date mark foods with earliest date of preparation of any TCS food ingredient. |
