4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P Observed low QAC sanitizer at three compartment sink- 0ppm. PIC stated piece that attaches to sanitizer bottle is broken and prevents sanitizer from being drawn into line. Facility is to make QAC sanitizer solution by hand until repaired. EHS will return within 10 days to verify facility repaired sanitizer dispenser. VERIFICATION REQUIRED. |
