4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed reach-in cooler door does not have a tight seal and is not closing properly( at entrance of front line). Temperature of product inside is in compliance at 45F or below, however a suggestion was made to transfer product to a different cooler until repairs are made to ensure product safety. (REPEAT) CDI-product relocated. VERIFICATION REQUIRED. |
