4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf. Observed can opener stored clean with dried food debris on blade. PIC stated can opener was not in use this morning. CDI-PIC placed can opener in 3 compartment sink to be cleaned and sanitized.
