4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf Observed two dishes with stickers still on them. Stickers reflected old dates. Dishes were stored as clean. CDI- PIC moved dishes to dish washing area for cleaning. REPEAT. |
