General Comments- Facility grill marks steaks to then place into the WIC for 1-2 hours and then full cook shortly after in the oven. Establishment already records final cook temperatures for the steaks when they come out of the oven and has logs in place but has never been informed about an approval process for par cooking/grill marking. EHS to follow up with facility after conversations with supervisors on if an approval for par cooking is necessary.
