3-501.19 (A) (1) Written procedures for Time as a Public Health Control shall be prepared in advance, maintained in the establishment, and made available for the Health Department upon request. Written TPHC procedures must specify methods of compliance with 3-501.19 (B) or (C). -Pf- *Observed - Written TPHC procedures with slightly vague wording and missing some items that PIC states are held using TPHC. *CDI - EHS provided copy of written TPHC procedures to PIC via email. PIC will print off document, fill it out accordingly and hold it onsite available for inspectors to review.
Establishment only open to the public from 10:45AM - 2:15PM and utilizing TPHC correctly, as all TCS Foods are discarded upon closure.
