CDI: manager unaware of when item was opened. CDI: product discarded. Observed chicken breast and wings inside walk-in cooler that were made yesterday without a date mark. CDI: products were dated properly.
Return visit needed by 7/26/20 to ensure improvement had been made or remedied with date marking. |
