PIC stated that all items had been frozen and then pulled out of the freezer to be used. CDI: Thaw dates added to items. Observed lasagna and salad from staff meal yesterday with a date of 12/2. CDI: PIC stated that the wrong date was placed on it. Product voluntarily discarded. |
