4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair.
Observed paneling beginning to peel and chip on the shelving holding the coffee mugs and miscellaneous items in the waiter room. The shelving is also beginning to sag and could potentially collapse. It is no longer easily smooth and cleanable. REPEAT.
*Points kept the same today due to minor damage but points will be taken during next inspection. |
