6-202.13 Insect Control Devices, Design and Installation - C
COMMENT: Observed fly control light above food/drink prep area near back door. PIC mentioned this is a new unit installed by Orkin, who stated this place was okay to place a light there. This is a repeat item, but has been a miscommunication. Manager turned off the fly light so it will not be in use until contact is made with orkin to move from the area. Points will be deducted at the next inspection if it is not corrected. Properly locate mechanical insect control devices. |
