3-501.16(A)(2) Maintain TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or less. -P Observed boiled eggs in the reach in cooler that were above 41F. Eggs were left in reach in over night. Temperature of unit was reading over 41F as well. CDI-eggs and opened bags of lettuce were discarded. Unit to be repaired. |
