4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf. Observed soiled knife stored as clean and ice scoop stored in soiled holder. CDI - all returned to dish area to be cleaned and sanitized. Ice scoop holder is being replaced as it was too damaged to salvage. |
