6-101.11/6-201.11 Floors, walls and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Floors shall be non-absorbent in areas subject to moisture. Observed tiles missing off of the wall under the hand sink in the back of the kitchen near the warewashing station. PIC stated there was a repair made to the hand sink and that the tiles are on order already. |
