3-501.19 Provide and follow written procedures for foods held using Time as a Public Health Control (TPHC). Clearly mark foods with begin and end times. All food not sold by the end of 4 hours shall be discarded. -P/Pf Observed no time out time labeled for food product noted for TPHC. CDI- PIC will work to prepare a better TPHC sheet that will show the Discard time of product once the temperature is recorded. REPEAT (Full Points) No rish control plan at this time since the revision of the sheet will solve the issue. |
