Walk in door had been left ajar for quite some time during food delivery. EHS noted cooler returning to normal operating temperatures during inspection, food items began cooling back to 45F. Ensure that the walk in door is not left open for extended periods of time. Even during periods of heavy use, 45F must be maintained in the cooler. |
