Observed multiple pieces of cold holding equipment (1 back area reach in cooler, one reach in cooler beneath coffee machines) out of commission. Establishment has sufficient storage to properly cold hold all TCS foods at time of inspection. Should the non functioning pieces of cold holding equipment be replaced or repaired, establishment shall contact regulatory authority or Mecklenburg county health department prior to utilizing this equipment.
