4-703.11 Hot Water and Chemical-Methods- Sanitizer must be maintained at 200-400ppm QAC. Observed sanitizer testing at 50ppm in 3 comp sink and sanitizer pans. CDI by PIC using chlrorine packets at 3 comp sink. Tested at 50ppm. Warned PIC not to mix QAC sanitizer with chlorine sanitizer. |
