General CommentsPer discussion with employee meat slicers are sanitized every 2 hours. Employee stated meat slicers were W/R/S yesterday evening before close and slicing meat began this morning at 8:30 so no violation was noted due to it still being in 4 hour window. EHS educated employee that meat slicers must be washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours and must be washed and rinsed before sanitizing.
