8-103.11 Documentation of Proposed Variance and Justification - PF Facility has a two compartment sink. Facility must either submit for a variance from the State, or must obtain a "detergent-sanitizer" cleaning chemical to use when washing, rinsing, sanitizing. If the detergent -sanitizer is used, the instructions for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing from the product packaging must be copied and posted up at the two compartment sink so that they can be followed when the sinks are used. -CDI by instruction. |
