3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. Observed 2x sanitizer buckets testing at 50ppm quat concentration. EHS had PIC fill sanitizer bay from dispenser, sanitizer is dispensing at proper concentration. PIC believes buckets need to be refreshed more frequently. CDI- buckets remade during inspection, at proper concentration. |
