6-202.15 Protect outer openings of establishment from insect or rodent entry. Observed kitchen back door unable to fully close, visible gap/opening to outside. EHS spoke with PIC, determined that there are broken components on the handle and lock mechanism, causing door to stay slightly ajar. Ensure doors are sealed so outer openings are protected from insect or rodent entry. REPEAT. Note: points not escalated due to different door of concern compared to previous inspection. PIC has sealed door near bathrooms, just needs to fix and seal door in kitchen. |
