4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P
Observed a bucket of sink and surface sanitizer solution at 0ppm next to the hand sink. PIC stated that an employee had made the solution 15 minutes before the inspection and was not used yet. -CDI- PIC filled the bucket with new sanitizer and it measured at 272ppm REPEAT*** (1.5 pts) No escalation due to the immediate correction.
