Per discussion with PIC, parts of meat slicer that are cleaned in place are only sanitized and not washed and rinsed prior to sanitizing. Meat slicer was not observed to be cleaned during inspection, however, PIC ensured EHS that meat slicer will be washed, rinsed and sanitized prior to next use.
