Observed red sanitizer bucket at 10PPM of chlorine. Chlorine sanitizer shall be maintained between 50-200PPM of chlorine at all times. CDI (corrected during inspection). The manager remade the chlorine solution to 100PPM. Ensure between shifts and before lunch change, sanitizer is remade. |
