4-602.11 (E )Clean the equipment and utensils used with nonTCS foods as required to avoid contamination. Observed ice machine and soda nozzles with minor, dark buildup. PIC stated that soda nozzles are cleaned nightly and ice machine is cleaned quarterly. Repeat, but points not escalated due to small amounts of build up present. |
