General CommentsObserved multiple dumpsters with damage at the rear of the facility (Cardboard dumpster with missing doors and lids, dumpster with lid off axis, etc.) Cardboard and main dumpsters closest to establishment are in good repair, and, per conversation with PIC, are the dumpsters used by establishment. EHS encourages PIC to contact landlord and/or waste management company to repair or replace damaged or missing dumpster components, as facility may need to share trash receptacles during high volume periods.
