General comment 4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. - Observed split gaskets on a prep unit and the walk in cooler door. Replace gaskets.
Observed a broken blade on the slicer in the walk in cooler. Do not use with broken blade. CDI - PIC is discarding it. |
