4-601.11 Maintain ice machines clean. Observed light build up on ice chute and top inside of bin. CDI- Ice machine cleaned.4-501.114 Maintain chlorine sanitizer at 50 ppm - 200 ppm to be effective. Observed 3 comp sink sanitizer compartment with sanitizer reading 0 ppm, appears a leak in the sink faucet was diluting the sanitizer. CDI- Leak repaired, sanitizer re-made to proper strength. |
