3-302.11(A) Separate raw animal foods from ready-to-eat foods. -P Observed seared ahi tuna in reach in unit above containers of ready to eat dressings. Seared tuna is in its ready to eat form. CDI- PIC corrected the storage issue without prompting from the EHS. Other tuna was stored appropriately on the bottom shelf. REPEAT. |
