General CommentsEHS advised PIC not to use the same dry erase board for both the front WIC and prep unit tcs foods. It appears that this would be too difficult to maintain. Today there were food dates missing from the white board. EHS suggest using the white board for items in the prep unit and writing dates directly on foods in the WIC. No violations sited today due PIC being educated and the processes changed.
