General CommentsEHS provided updated EHP and TPHC form and assisted PIC with filling it out. EHS observed PIC and several employees with wiping cloths around waist. When EHS asked PIC the use of cloths, he said they were used for wiping hands. EHS educated PIC on best practices of not using cloths around the waist as food employees can easily use them to wipe their gloved hands and gloved hands can often be used as food contact surfaces. EHS did not observe any violations of food contact surfaces, however, EHS did observe several employees wiping their hands on cloths.
