Observed sliced tomatoes cut lettuce, and American cheese in a flip top unit above 41F. Also observed ham in a low boy above 41F. PIC stated that the tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese were meant to be holding cold but were prepared earlier in the morning but the it was held in that unit overnight. -CDI- PIC placed the tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese in the WIC to quickly cool and voluntarily discarded the ham. REPEAT***
