4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment - Observed walkin refrigerator door and door frame in need of repair or replacement to be smooth and easily cleanable. Floor at flashing of walkin is pooling liquid. Frame in walkin freezer is heavily dented and not flush with housing. Both unit doors/frames have openings than are impossible to adequately clean. Area is prone to bacterial build-up. Gasket needs replaced in front freezer. Gave instruction. |
