Observed baseboards near stove separating from wall with food build up in the gaps. Clean the area and have baseboards tightly fixed to wall. Observed broken floor tile in walk in cooler and in kitchen at drink syrup stand. Observed hole in wall with wires exposed from a junction box above coleslaw/ drink cooler at door to kitchen. Needs repair. |
