3-305.12 Food Storage, Prohibited Areas (C) - Some open boxes of frozen items stored under defrost ice drips in walk-in freezer; water lines may need repair/cleaning out. Observed box of raw chickens (for deli use, on meat order & stored in meat walk-in) leaking, noted only raw chicken stored in this space but close to other raw animal shelf. Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination. Food may not be stored under leaking water lines (including leaking under lines on which water has condensed).
