4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C)- Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. Repair rusted/chipped shelving throughout facility (pan storage, walk in, refrigeration, front). Repair damaged cabinets throughout (PIC stated that these are currently on order and will be replaced soon). Note facility has a frost and ice buildup issue in the walk in freezer. Inspector observed ice build up on piping of walk in unit and along top shelf. Continue to work to get this issue repaired. Repeat. |
