Small make unit is not functional during today's inspection, facility is currently using ice baths in this unit to maintain temperature control on TCS items. Repeat.

Note that store is scheduled for remodel in a few months and it is supposed to be replaced.

Repeat. 6-101.11 Surface Characteristics - Indoor Areas (C) - Floors shall be smooth and easily cleanable. Grout starting to recede in several areas which can affect cleanability. More efficient cleaning will be necessary to ensure floors are cleaned adequately. Note that floors are scheduled to be renovated in a few months.
