The procedures shall states the specific actions that must be taken to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. EHS light meter read 4 foot candles. The light intensity shall be at least 10 foot candles in walk-in refrigeration units. Replace light bulb or place another light bulb in walk in cooler so there will be 2 light bulbs.
