General CommentsUnable to verify PIC's thermometer during ice cup calibration test. PIC''s was reading 37F, while REHS's was reading 32F. REHS sanitized thermometer probe and body with an alcohol wipe at the beginning and throughout the inspection. REHS will return within 10 days to verify once thermometer is properly calibrated reading 32F in ice bath/cup or replaced with new one.
