General Comments-Food employee used our employee health card to answer questions. -Chicken is cooked above 165F, held hot over 135F then reheated in fryer to 185F for immediate service. -Observed food employees arriving for work and properly washing hands, observed PIC properly washing hands. -Reviewed Zaxby's bodily fluid clean up plan; PIC has a kit also to use for clean up. -Today is PIC's last day of work at this store [transferring to a different location]. EHS thanked PIC for all her efforts to maintain high standards for her store and staff and for allowing us to use her store as a training site for our staff.
