Observed microbial growth in the cabinet under the dump sink on the main kitchen line. Slight residue was present on siding of steamer. Residue present within catch basin tray on Symphony ice unit on main kitchen line. Vent was present with dust accumulation on unit siding to left of dump sink on kitchen line. Equipment shall be kept clean. |
