General CommentsDuring the inspection the EHPS observed that employees stored their personal food items in the double door reach in cooler which is dedicated to the institutional food storage for the clients. Food brought into the institution by employees or visitors of patients or residents shall be separated from the institutional food and shall be properly labeled with the patients name , as well as, properly dated.
