Each HANDWASHING SINK shall be provided with: Individual, disposable towels.
Observed restroom hand sink not stocked with paper towel or hand soap. PIC stated they do not wash their hands in that bathroom since the hand sink is right outside of the restroom.
EHS explained how all hand sinks need to be fully stocked at all times.
