Observed milk cartons stored in milk crates soiled with buildup (such as from spilt milk).
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean location where it is not exposed to contamination.
PIC stated the crates of milk come from the supplier that way. EHS advised to check crates for buildup and wipe them off as needed. |

Observed blown light fixture by the 3 compartment sink and blown lights in the back dry storage area.
Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
PIC stated light fixture is going to be repaired over the summer. |
