Observed some ice build up on the floor under the WIF condenser unit. PIC stated received an earlier delivery and that could be the cause. Also observed some ice build up in the milk cooler interior sides. Replace gaskets at the milk cooler if unable to remove stains. PIC notified.
EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of good repair and condition.
